Rick Hueston specializes in the areas of small and medium-sized business startups and consulting, financial reporting and attestation engagements, business tax planning and preparation, individual tax planning and preparation, and not-for-profit compliance.

 

A native of Madison County, Rick is a graduate of Anderson University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is a principal with Estep-Doctor & Company and has been a certified public accountant since 1992. 

 

He began his career in South Bend, Indiana, in 1989 where he was employed by a large regional CPA firm. Returning to central Indiana in the early 1990s, Rick became a partner with Stewart, Peck, Hueston & Thomas. That firm merged with Estep-Doctor & Company in 2022.

Professionally, Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. He has served on several local boards and is a graduate of the Madison County Leadership Academy.

Rick and his wife, Beth, live in Anderson. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, Rick loves relaxing and spending time with family and friends, and is an avid woodworking hobbyist.
