EDCPA - Information Systems Division offers custom Local Area and Wide Area Networks, Disaster Recovery Planning, build to order Workstations and Servers as well as Backup Solutions, Firewall Protection and Installation Services.

Our Information Systems Division is a Microsoft Partner as well as an Intel Channel Member. We are also an HP Reseller and Watchguard Reseller. Software installations offered by us include, but are not limited to, Quickbooks, Peachtree, MAS90, ACT and Business Works Gold.

We will setup and configure computer hardware as proposed to facilitate a clean installation.  We do not install building cabling, but we do provide consulting to ensure any cabling is installed to proper specification.  We will install software that you purchase from us, as well as, software that you provide us.  We will make no audit or other verification of the software you submit and we will not load any software that you divulge is in violation of its license agreement. You have the final responsibility to keep your company legal, therefore, you should review all software licensing submitted to be loaded on your network.

When adding additional hardware or software to your existing network, we will advise you of any irregularities, should any exist. After consultation, we will render such assistance to correct any issues as we find necessary for the installation, upgrade and maintenance of your network.

We will use our judgment in resolving installation and technical issues.  Unless otherwise instructed by you, we will resolve problems as they arise to keep your Local Area or Wide Area Network operational.

We offer a free one time one hour consultation for new installations as well as network upgrades. All Workstations and Servers assembled by EDCPA are built using Intel Mainboards and Processors and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
